ATTENTION SITE OWNERS: RULES

• Only family friendly sites are allowed & this is enforced. No sites that display violence, profanity, hate speech, adult content, nudity or partial nudity are allowed.

• Your site will not appear on the list until our voting button has been placed on your site & it has been checked for family friendly content. Our voting button must remain on your site in order for you to receive & have votes recorded.

• It is a requirement that you are able to receive occasional email messages from us. In your account settings, where it says "Email me updates", the box must say "yes" and your email address needs to be kept current.

• This is NOT a competition or popularity contest. No awards are given for being #1. This list is merely a way for you to advertise your site.
  

• Anyone who belongs to a Voting Exchange Board (ISP numbers are recorded) and/or people are voting for your site in exchange for "prizes/awards" will be considered cheating & will be removed immediately with no notice or explanation.
