1) Your banner will show up once you have been added to the site after your first member votes. We will receive a notice via email and add you before the beginning of the next voting month after verifying that you have our link posted on your site. Before you will be added you MUST have the voting link placed somewhere on your site where we can locate it without searching (such as your home page). We will not create an account on your site just to find the link. If you have not been added after the first of the next month (and you fit the requirements below)then we probably cannot find the voting link. You have until the next month to put it somewhere easily viewable, and if you do not then your application will be moved to the trash bin. Please do not sign up more than once within a one month time frame. Feel free to e mail us once letting us know that you have added the link. 2) All sites will be reviewed before they are added. Boards must have some parenting content. Only message boards will be approved. Businesses will not allowed.
3) All new applicants that meet requirements will be added when the site is reset for the next voting month. Again, if you are not added at that time it is because we cannot find the voting link on your site and will not spend extended time searching for it. It MUST be easy to find when we click on your link.
4) Your site must find there own host to hold your banner. Womans-Web.com cannot be responsible for it. If a site continually doesn't link to a banner or provides a broken link - they will be deleted.
5) At Womans-Web.com we can however provide the url's to the Voting Icons and Awards If you wish to use another icon other then the one we provide please check with us first. You are responsible for holding it on your own server. If you wish to share it with others please e-mail it and we will greatly display it with credit.
6) Once your board is added please be sure to encourage all your members to vote for you daily! We will periodically check to see if the voting link is still on your site - if you remove it your site will be deleted. We suggest you keep the link in a place on your site where we can easily locate it. If we have to search for it you may be removed from the site. You will also be deleted if the link you provided to your website is no longer valid.
7) All votes are reset on the last day of the month, unless other wise noted.
