Monthly award is given to the poet with the most votes.
This list is meant to spread your talent throughout cyberland,
not as a contest to see who can get the most votes.

Each site is permitted to win only 3 times per year.
If, after 3 wins, you are at the top o' the list,
the poet in 2nd place receives that month's award.
Your site will be banned from winning if

you will be removed from the list.
