who died in traffic accidents.

The list will be re-set every 3 months:
Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec, and
awards will be presented to the top 5 sites.
A site cannot be awarded First Place two quarters in a row.
However, after a break of one quarter, a site can again
be considered for the First Place award.
