Welcome to the Ojamajo Doremi Topsites! As you can probably tell, the whole thing has been redecorated after the LONG period of time since I last updated. Forgive me if you've been waiting a heck of a long time to join. Anyways... back on topic.
If you have an OD site (Ojamajo Doremi sites only please) and would like to join, keep reading. This topsite list is for good, clean fun only, and to make sure that it stays that way I have to apply a few rules.
Common sense should tell you what I expect a site about a sweet little anime/manga to be. Your site HAS to be able to be veiwed by ALL ages (no hentai please), NO stolen content, you catch my drift. I am allowing foreign sites now, as long as the owners can speak somewhat understandable English.
